With this App, passengers can ask for help from railway police and register complaints. The main aim of the application is to connect passengers and railway police. It is a Collaborative Effort of GRP Chiefs of all States of India. GRP mobile application also provides a direct platform to Indian Railway passengers to communicate with the railway police authority regarding their complaints, inconvenience, suggestions and feedback.It has enabled RPF and other railway staff to play role of facilitator to help people not having access to GRP Help App. It aims at promoting smooth and direct communication with senior police officers through contact us feature.

The application is filled with unique features like report an incident, report status updates, useful tips and information, providing feedback post incident resolution, etc. This allows you to give proactive feedback for good/ bad observations for ensuring positive re-enforcement through reward and negative re-enforcement through punishment. The app has been designed and developed by INFOCRATS / Quacito as CSR under the guidance of Shri Maithili Sharan Gupta, IPS Special DGP, M.P. as mentor and chief coordinator GRP Help App Forum.
